Drainage Impact Assessment (DIA)
DIAs are prepared and submitted by our in-house professionals, swift communication is guarnteed with our Architect and Town Planner, further lowering the time as well as the cost of your application.
Sewerage Impact Assessment (SIA)
Same as DIAs, our professionals also prepare SIAs whenever they are needed. No outsourcing is required.
Traffic Noise Impact Assessment (TNIA)
